Parcel did not say out for delivery and tracking was very far behind. Paid for 24 hour delivery which was not met. Upon missing the delivery which we did not know we have been told to reschedule for a different day the closest date being 4 days away. Considered going to collect it myself but am unable to as only open for 2 hours. How is anyone working during the week going to manage to collect parcels. Either actually deliver them or stay open later into the evening. absolutely rubbish service.

Delivery driver forged signature for a signed package and left behind bag gate when they heard dogs they took the parcel back and didn’t leave a note. Now it has been redelivered. Chewed. We know our dogs chewed it but it was a signed package that wasn’t asked to be left around the back for that specific reason. Very poor

Explained that my parcel had been delivered to my work address. They explained its been held on retention because they don't delivery to work address on weekend so it will be delivered monday. Explained I would pick it up if its being held. Genterman said " no its under 200 parcels..."

What an absolutely ridiculous operation. Only open 2 hours a day and the employees act like you're bothering them if you ask for a package that had been delivered to them. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!

Had no issues here with the staff but opening for just 2 hours a day is a joke when you have staff on-site. Why not open for a late afternoon window also?

Tried yesterday in vain using the online system to get a parcel redelivered, over 20 mins on hold didn't work, today I called the Marlborough sorting office and got through straight away, rebooked and sorted for delivery tomorrow.. immediately.
