Quite possibly the most disgusting post lady 'delivers' to us, She let herself in our house without permission, When we had a 1 month old baby. My girlfriend confronted her, and the lady had a go at her, swearing, shouting etc. Since then a second argument has occurred with her yet again calling my girlfriend horrible and nasty. She's just had a baby, most parents will know what happens to women when they've just had a baby.

We now, 6 months down the line constantly get notifications saying 'attempted delivery' when they haven't bothered delivering to us, Management at Maldon couldn't care less. He said he would change our post person, yet hasn't and we're always getting stuff not being delivered here. it is ILLEGAL to withhold post and this has been happening for 6 months. You can't think its acceptable to break into someones home?! with a baby and a dog!!!

Only open 8-10am to pick up parcels and a two day wait on rescheduling delivery, utterly useless and almost pointless being open at all at those inconvient (for almost everyone) hours. Nowhere near the service it used to be.

I wasn't able to use as office only open for parcels 8 am to 10am and therefore had to get parcel diverted. It was flowers and it took 3 days to get diverted.
