Post person won't come up my stairs in our flats to get a signature,two days running,and I'm currently disabled due to spinal injury,also cost me nearly ten pounds to get posted to me, despite leaving a note and already complained they refuse to use the stairs,all other companies rearranged for communal door to be left open, Amazon,evry etc don't mind and helpful,and I can't get to this office between 8-10 am as under influence of morphine,two hours opening is ridiculous,also whoever is dealing with my post delivery on 9th and 10th of July 24 has been purposely difficult,I even t instructions,I got other parcels from every other company,cost me 10 pounds,after explaining my spinal operation they have really let me down as it's something to help recovery and pain relief ?‍‍‍? thanks a lot! Whoever is doing this round,‍?

Been expecting a 48 hour tracked package, BUT!!parcel tracking has it still sitting in Southampton MC since Sunday 23rd of June.Tried phoning,all you get is a pathetic voice mail service.Tells you to do things that I have been doing all the time.A useless,incompetent company.Time the Royal warranty was taken from this diabolical,useless company.

Can’t fault the sorting office face to face always very helpful, however I live near Whitebeam Road for weeks we had a nice early delivery then we were lucky if we had a delivery once a week, appear to have a new postman this week and no disrespect to him but it takes him about 30 minutes to deliver to 10 houses, so we are back to getting our post late, gone 3pm the other day, when you pay £1.25 for a first class stamp pretty poor service, I can only assume they are struggling to recruit. When you are waiting on an urgent appointment it’s really frustrating and inconsistent.

Came here on a Saturday as we had an attempted delivery when we were out the previous day and we needed the item for a Birthday party we were attending in the evening. The person at the counter was very friendly and helpful and confidently said our item was back out for delivery and would arrive that day, which it did.
Only request would be for some parking spaces for customers to stop for a few minutes to pop in to the sorting office without worrying that you might get a parking ticket for parking in the wrong place as there are parking enforcement notices in most lampposts nearby.

All the staff are always fantastic and very friendly.

The new opening hours from 08.08.22 will now cause a major problem for many people who work, with the earliest opening time 8am to 2pm most weekdays, will now make it impossible to collect any parcels etc.

Saturday mornings will now go back to long wait times, if you can get there at all.

Please get some common sense and open at 7am (like before) or close at 6pm at least once or twice a week.

The 5 star rating is for all the staff.

When we do receive post, the postman is professional and polite. However, it is not often or regular we receive post. Usually it is about twice a week. Yesterday was my birthday and several people who sent cards first class post have asked if I received the card. To date I have not received cards and correspondence that I know have been sent, and yet again no post today. Some cards were posted first class on Friday of last week so today it is a week since the cards/correspondence were posted. The postal business in the West End area is quite frankly not fit for purpose. I have also tried to phone to speak to an advisor and the phone is never answered. I feel I could get through to Buckingham Palace quicker than I can get someone to answer from the postal service. When discussing the situation with other nearby residents, we are all of the same mind that quite frankly we no longer have a reliable postal service. I have been advised to bring this to the attention of the media as it appears that there is no one one can speak to at the Post Office.

Keep asking for parcels to be left with neighbour as they are aways home, but royal mail never bother. Delivery drivers are just too lazy. Delivery Office hours are also a waste of time for people that have full time jobs.
