I thought postmen were supposed to deliver letters and parcels? Turns out these guys just chuck them on your doorstep and literally run away!

Stated they had delivered a parcel to my address by using co-ordinates rather than the usual take a photo of it in a safe place. NO parcel, rotten service

These guys do a fabulous job at Christmas. They are not told to prioritise T48, T24, 1300 special and 0900 special parcels/packets. All mail is treated equally.
The office is properly staffed and does not rely on overtime and seasonal agency staff to get by.
Pop by and say hello, but only between the hours of 0800 - 0815, when the public window is open.

Very helpful staff when collecting a package. Access road a bit dodgy and shortened opening hours not v helpful.

Pathetic. Been waiting almost a full two weeks for a package and no update on it, They're always shut by nine so I can't ring. Terrible service
