Amazon for some strange reason are giving RM the opportunity to turn next day prime delivery into next week. Why, you must know they are underfunded, undermanned and badly managed. Please stop giving them the chance to ruin your reputation.

The man inside seemed nice enough, but that was ruined by the woman with an awful attitude who chose to skip over what I said and put words in my mouth. I decided due to the poor opening hours to start my day by popping in and picking up a package from last week. The woman in question decided to take an opportunity to ruin their customers day before it had even begun. If there was a competitor for me to use instead of royal mail I would. Unfortunately it's out of my control.

Closed due to strike, they dont tell you that though, you just have to find out yourself after treking it there to see closed gates. I get it i wasn't in for my parcels but it did not arrive at the time given to me. Why not take it to a post office that is open more often. You will find more life in the bins than this place

Provide a telephone number for gu341aa sorting office that is manned by an automated dead voice. No people to actually talk to. Helpful when operative has scrawled the wrong reference code for customs charges to be paid online. Guess I will be waiting more money on driving over to get it done correctly myself.
