The worst courier service I ever encountered in my entire life and I being in many , many countries. There’s nothing royal about this company. They won’t deliver my package, they won’t leave a card , they won’t give me the package without a card. Totally disastrous. Now I need they send the package back to the sender to get a refund because their ineptitude and inefficiency.

Came in yesterday (11/04/2024) - 8:00, because of a parcel that has not been delivered for 3 weeks - and the tracking stopped at the delivery office, no a single delivery attempt. I've called the supplier and they decided to send the items for the second time. The second parcel was stuck for a week and I went to the delivery office.
The person behind the desk refused to help me at first because I didn't have the red card - only after I showed him on the tracking that not a single attempt to deliver had been made, he begrudgingly agreed to have a look. He came back with astonished face and said there's a tower of parcels to my street and no one has been assigned to route for 3 weeks - which when I thought about it makes sense, since our bussiness didn't receive any letters in that period of time either - and we do actually receive a massive pile every few weeks.
I asked him if he can look at the pile to see if there are any other parcels for our bussiness, he answered and I quote: "No, theres a whole pile of them, and I have too much to do to look though it". Bear in mind it was in the 2 hours of the day they actually deal with customers and I was the only person there.
What a joke of an institution.

I usually do not post reviews. I had a major issue with an important delivery which got caught in the system due to various unforeseen issues. The mail was supposed to be delivered to my home address in another part of north London but somehow ended up in Camden DO. Obviously this wasn’t going to be delivered to me as it was at the wrong delivery office and would have been sent back to NRC. I took a chance and went to the Center at 1 Barnby and bumped into mr.S Patel the manager. Mr. Patel is truly an asset, he went out of his way to help me. He did not have to or even entertain me. He is proof that there are still people in this world who will help others because of the goodness of their heart. Once again, thanks mr S Patel for helping me out. It’s truly appreciated !

The workers here are just SO slow. I have been waiting in line with 3 people in front of me, all for which who just want to collect a parcel and go. At a different branch this used to be a 1 min job. It's been 20 minutes and it's still not gotten to me. It's as if they search for each package one by one without any system put into place.

The employee with the long grey hair was amazing and friendly..the new employee is the most rudest person I've cone across he will literally argue that black is white!!! I wasn't home for a delivery. The postman couldn't get into the block of flats so couldn't leave a card so I redirected the important parcel to Barnby St..literally 2 minutes away from my home ..this new employee says "" no card no parcel I need a paper trail"" even when I've told him the reason I have no card he repeats no card no parcel.i showed him my redelivery email..a proof of address my bank card even the map locator on the royal mail email..but he will not hand over the parcel he then says its at camden post office but its not its at Barnby Street NW1 1AA as it says on the email but still he refuses What is his problem why so rude and ignorant

Opening hours are ridiculous... It's like they're not running a Depot/collection point in Central London. Definitely a decision made by a CEO that doesn't have any work commitments and doesn't know what a days work is.
