If you are expecting a package/parcel you may get it delivered.
The tracking shows out for delivery... but by 8.00 PM you get a message saying something like: "We could not deliver, so collect it from callers office".
The callers office is only open for 2 hours.
They don't even leave a card... so that proves they didn't even attempt the delivery.
Royal Mail needs to have its Parcel section taken over by a company that knows what they're doing like DPD.
They will just be left with letters to deliver and massive redundancies.

Package says it's been delivered to my door.
But it has not. It's still at the depo according to tracking.
So looks like I've paid for delivery but still need to go and pick it up in my spare time.

TERRIBLE - item supposed to arrive yesterday then get a message saying cant be delivered today and will be delivered tommorow , still nothing arrived royal mail has gone down hill

Yoy state u will hold a package for 18 days u returned mine to sender atter 3-4 your unreasonable at least stick to ur own policies for goodness sake

Never open and don’t delivery to safe place or neighbour when you ask.
Literally open for 2hrs. Not good if you work like most of us do.

Item supposed to be for same road name but other side of Bristol. Failed to read the postcode rather than the road name. Not the first time. Poor service
