Generally, it's quite good service. However, on occasions, parcels sent or returns do take a little longer to update. Some parceld are not scanned after leaving bedford Depot and therefore give the wrong impression on the tracking website. We are lucky to have a regular postman who comes at the same time every day. We understand staff shortages and sickness can affect the service, but we all need to be a little more patient.

Disgusting service. They deliberately left a parcel at the depot because they 'assumed' nobody would be there to collect. Plus the tracking said it was in transit. Somebody will not get this Christmas present due to their incompetence

Awful! Absolutely awful! Waited in for two days first day no updates simply just didn’t show up. Then today I wait in no noise or anything in the flat no one knocked on the door or left a note it’s now 4pm just got an update that they attempted to deliver my parcel but no one answered! EXCUSE ME! I’ve tried to call no answer disgusting service!

My passport - tracked, addressed to me at my address, and clearly marked as containing important content - was put through my neighbour’s letter box even though I was in, and despite clear instructions on the front of the envelope that it was NOT to be left with a neighbour. Bedford clearly needs to train its posties.

We live in Pavenham and our excellent postman, John, is a vital part of our community. He regularly checks that older people are ok,is professional, polite and helpful abd providea an outstanding service. Now we learn that he is to be moved away because management have randomly told him he needs to reapply for his job, but if someone with longer service applied for they would automatically get it, just because they have been with the.post office longer. Large numbers of the community are upset about this and are contacting the local paper and MP. Surely a company with so many problems and with such a poor public image doesnt need to sink to these bizzare lengths just to alienate otherwise happy customers. GET A GRIP MANAGEMENT. Address the real problems dont create new ones, particulatly when you are putting your prices up in a few days. Great PR planning

I was tempted to write a bad review, but cannot do so because of the amazing service I receive at this branch, on a frequent basis and due to this, I cannot award any less than 5 stars.
However, for the love of God, PLEASE can you update your card to reflect your opening times! It is getting kinda annoying that I turn up at the opening time on your card, only to see new opening hours at the door and have to travel back home.

Rang the relevant number to report p o van just speeds by and leaves all mail to the Saturday delivery. Foreign gentleman gave me a phone number that doesn’t exist and every time I ring back . Believe it or not no answer.
