i am extremely disappointed with the service. It has been over 10 days, and I still have not received my parcel. I updated the redelivery option five days ago to have it sent to my local post office, yet deliveries are still being attempted to my flat. !!!

Useless service, requested for my parcel to be delivered on 8/03/2025 and nothing. Last tracking shows pending at Enfield CSP on the 5/3/2025. I take it Royal Mail have lost my parcel. Customer service agents very rude.

Probably the best sorting office in the world. Love the grumpy guy that takes the parcels. I now know not to ask any questions in case he gets angry. How blessed is the one who lives in Enfield town

It makes absolutely no sense to me why the opening hours have been changed so drastically. Being someone who works full-time, going to pick parcels up in the evening can often be a very long process indeed as there is always a very long queue and only one person on the counter. The person on the counter, always does their best however more often than not they are dealing with all different types of queries which unfortunately just makes the experience even more time consuming

Says they missed me, waited in all day for a parcel. Got the email at 5.01 saying they tried to deliver at 5 went straight down no one to be seen no slip through the door and I have a dog that barks at even someone walking passed. In other words you didn’t bother don’t do the job if you don’t do it properly. Waste of space and time
