Thought it was a mistake when I saw the opening hours on the door, 0800-1000? 2 hours per day when everyone is at work..?

I genuinely stood there for about 5 minutes gobsmacked, trying to confirm in every way that I could that this place was open for only 2 hours per day ? I thought maybe they got it wrong and it was 2200 but no, just 2 hours.

What a joke, guess I'll pick my package up in a few days then aye Royal Mail? Cheers for that, thought I'd get my package sooner by selecting pickup since I wouldn't have been home when it was delivered so just pick it up on the way from work instead. They may as well get rid of this branch for customers completely, it used to just be morning it was open mostly, what's next?

My parcel has been lost over a week, website takes you in circles purposely and the local DO is only open 8-10 so I’d have to take time off work for their muck up! Shocking. Every person working for Royal Mail doesn’t deserve their wage. Slopey shoulders.

Abysmal service! What exactly is the point of having a telephone number if all you ever get when you call it is the 3 beeps of the unobtainable tone? I think these people have forgotten that they are paid to serve the public and part of that service is being available to answer queries when things go wrong with the service they are providing.

Rubbish opening hours, 2 hours a day is not enough for those of us that work. Paid online for under paid by sender and rebooked delivery, 4 days later went to the office to find out where on earth my post was, it was still there and they hadn’t bothered to attempt to deliver the letter. Helpful staff when open, otherwise would be 1 star!

Open only 2 hours a day!? Are you joking... have a new post man that takes forever to do his route, I am pretty sure he has delivered my red card to the wrong house, I have had my mail delivered to another house on the road and I have received a red card for another person's home as well!
Now I can't even sort out this shambles myself at the depot due to these ridiculous hours... ludicrous...

Twice in the past fortnight, I have received an email stating the time for expected 24 hour tracked delivery that same day. On both occasions nothing was delivered. Tracking shows that it was en-route to the Chichester delivery office in plenty of time to be delivered at the stated time.
A totally inadequate and amateur attempt at providing an expensive service. Do better or close down.
