A right mess. Get notifications in random times like 10pm and 5am that they couldn’t access the property. Doorbell is an unknown thing for them, they have never seen one. Obviously if i don’t stand outside my door I am not at home - they claim. It is impossible to get your parcel when it’s delivered by them. Royal Mail is generally very good, lived in South Croydon for years and they were excellent. But Caterham delivery office is a disaster to put it lightly.
I also see these negative reviews going to back to a year or two so it’s very unlikely they read reviews or take feedback/ complaints seriously. I recently made complaint twice to Royal Mail and they had not much to add apart from they let the office know. I hope they pass my message on that houses and flats in 2024 have DOORBELLS. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Very bad service, all my post for the last couple of weeks has just turned up, my Birthday was on 12th Oct its now 17th and I have just received both first and second class cards each sent 1 week in advance! I..... t's been like this for 30 years!

Worst delivery office I’ve experienced. No post/letters in 2 weeks! Was expecting Father’s Day cards which still haven’t arrived. Also expecting important letters that I need to fill out and send back to the sender but those haven’t turned up. Appalling service!

I took a day off as I was expecting delivery today. No one rang the buzzer but left a note that my parcel was brought back to their office. They are open from 8 am to 10 am, which is ridiculous! I needed this parcel today as it contains insecticides, which I need for tomorrow morning. Now I need to cancel my appointment with my clients because of Royal Mail; request returning the Insecticides to the seller, and no one will cover my losses for today and tomorrow. And this is not the first time such a thing has happened with this company! I will definitely stop buying from sellers using Royal Mail!!!

Top tip - No parking at Depot. But, I go to Morrisons car park, to top floor and park. Then I walk out the car exit to far right, this is then short walk to the depot. Have to lose a star for having a depot like this with no provision on site for even a handful of 10 minute parking bays. Even 3-4 bays would be enough.

Rude and threatening Manager managed to lose a very important package of mine I enquired twice and was told it may be I a postman's bag locked in his locker and the postman in question was on holiday and to come back when he was back.
No parking for the elderly or disabled making them walk up a long road and steep stairs just to be abused.
