Multiple times they have held my parcels hostage with no indication of when they would be delivered. I work a 9-5 and am unable to physically go there during their absurd opening hours. It is more reliable to have an item routed via Croydon Delivery Office. A sham!

what genius' idea was it to change the opening hours?! exactly who are they useful too! just people without jobs i guess! Open for 2 hours a day..! what the ACTUAL HELL.
are people supposed to pick stuff up on their way to work, including massive parcels?! i work eveings / nights and im supposed to get there before 10am... ?!!! WTAF. Sort it out you Royal Mail morons.
And why do you even have the delivery options online if you just ignore them!?!!?

Just received an email saying my parcel as been pick up fir delivery. I also ask for next day delivery.I'm in Glasgow an hoping it b here today(sunday) not tomorrow. I'm n all day. Please don't put in a calling card n I need 2 collect it myself....so weres the tracking update details. I hate ROYAL MAIL

Friendly service.
A bit crowdy sometimes
They have printer available but will charge for it.
80p for the print if you need for label
Send them email and he will print it
Have a lot of things in the shop
Sometime have to wait outside in the queue.
The only problem is timing of this store, it is uncertain

Not exactly a place you choose to go to?
For me it's the only Royal Mail institution that is enjoyable. Staff is friendly.

Id like to point out, that Royal Mail is often disappointing. I had deliveries signed for that never arrived. This happened multiple times and is absolutely unacceptable.
When I pay for a merchandise, it is reported delivered and never got here, I got nothing against the vendor and loose money. Furthermore as a receiver I cannot make an inquiry about my goods. Only the sender can do. It is absolutely necessary that Royal Mail and others are adopting their services to the status quo of internet shopping! That is an ethical, economical and financial requirement!

Apparently they tried to deliver a parcel twice but they didn’t even ring the doorbell or leave a card. Eventually I went to the depot to pick up my parcel and they are only open 8-10am.
