Excellent service as always! Heads up though, if you are collecting a missed parcel/letter, the only form of ID they now accept is a passport or credit card. They no longer accept a letter with your name and address on it!

I have a parcel sent with Tracked 48 for over a week now, it supposed to arrive to Yeovil, but as usual my parcels get stuck or lost in Bristol. Last year I also had problems with parcels getting through Bristol. The worst Mail Centre!!! Claiming doesn`t help when it`s a sentimental value item and customer service is no help at all!

4 months ago great service, the staff go out of their way to help you. Really handy location. Hours are very odd . Now they cant even give you a receipt when you post something 1st or 2nd class never mind recorded. You will only get a card machine receipt. No use. Can still pickup missed packages. If it's a post delivery service why can't it offer the same post services as before? Not lady's fault but really unhelpful now.

It sometimes takes a while to get an answer on the phone. I found the early morning is best time to call.
They are always helpful, friendly and efficient in locating parcels held there.
Note that they are only open till 2pm most days.
I used to regularly pick up parcels there and it was always quick and efficient. Remember to bring ID when collecting parcels!

The worst place ever to collect your parcel. Royal Mail staff always late and not professional at all.
We came here on Tuesday ( royal mail office working hours on official page 08:00-19:00), but was closed. No label on the door which will say why.
Next day we came and staff was chatting in back office and ignored 3 calls and after attendance not even apologised or say thank you for waiting. So rude and not professional. Shows me that Royal Mail is not providing properly training to they staff.
Today is 30/01/2022 and we and another three people waiting outside. Office suppose be open 11:00-15:00 and now after 11:20am. No sign on the door why they not open or any another information. They just easy can late to they job or not showing up at all. We can hear someone on the top floor, but phone line is not answering- all three people was calling and calling.
Next time just order delivery your item again, don’t come here and I will make sure they central office receive a official complain too.

Had a parcel undelivered for over a week now. Spoke to all of my neighbours in greenbank and their deliveries have been missing for weeks too! No updates on tracking numbers and no explanation as to what's happening..this sucks for small businesses who have to refund customers at the expense of royal mail
