Never get my Parcels on time. Sick of paying for next day on important items and waiting upwars of three days after the date I paid to have my item on. Frogiveable if the staff weren't rude and aloof when I have to show up at the yard to get something that shouldve been delivered that day. Given the choice I would never use royal mail, every other courier services is better.

My experience online couldn't have been worse! So I gave up. I took my delivery card into the sorting office on a Saturday morning at 0800 before parking and market got busy. I am really glad I did, my parcel was handed over promptly and the member of staff was happy, courteous and efficient.

I called in on 8th June as I had just discovered my driving licence expires on 10th! DVLC never reminded me... Man on counter (no name badge but he wasn't Mario) went out of his way to sort for me there and then. Couldn't be more helpful...

Posted 4 parcels in Bridport post office on 21Dec 2020 to go to Wales as unable to visit due to lockdown.
