A parcel was delivered yesterday to my address but it is not the address on the label. The post office guy photographed it outside my front door and drove off ( caught on my doorbell camera). I then tried to contact the sorting office but it was closed. I then rang the central number and got cut off but had been waiting for 15 minutes to get through. I have filled out a complaint but advised 3-4 working days to resolve. So the fresh flowers delivered will be dead by the time anyone deals with this. So much for Tracked24. Delivery drivers need to make sure they have the correct address before leaving a parcel otherwise it undermines the whole service.

Royal Mail charter says you should get Mail delivered 6 days a week . I get mine once occasionally twice a week . Service is appalling. Don’t ever send anything first class it will sit in a frame for days on end . Waiting for important legal documents all week.If you use Royal Mail you have to send special delivery £$£ this is all they care about. The government should fine them hundreds off millions

If it isn’t lost packages, missed deliveries, or deliveries to the wrong address, rest assured you'll encounter terrible customer service at the front desk.

The person at the front desk needs retraining and seems completely incompetent. Every query receives the same response: “You’ll have to contact RM Customer Service.”

Also revisited recently for advice on shipping overseas. There is no advice on shipping overseas, other than the predictable “Go online or contact RM Customer Services.” One would expect the help desk at a Royal Mail facility to be knowledgeable and helpful rather than dismissive.

The services are extremely poor, and it’s no surprise they are failing on every level. They will end up going out of business due to competition from more efficient companies.

Congratulations on a big fat zero for customer satisfaction.

Every single other parcel service leaves my parcels outside my flat door as per the entry instructions on their apps. Royal Mail have the same instructions but every single time I end up here because I’m not in. I know I’m not gonna be in which is why I put the bloody information on the Royal Mail app which has never been followed EVER. Totally useless parcel service

Shocking delivery service, had two emails saying couldn’t deliver rebooked for Saturday waited in all day Saturday nothing and again all day Monday again nothing apart from an email saying it will be resent again tomorrow. Also asked for it to be left with a neighbour which the Royal Mail clearly isn’t doing that as my neighbour works from home and is indoors all day. My post doesn’t come either that’s normally about two weeks late when looking at dates on letters from when there sent.
Overall Bracknell Royal Mail services is rubbish. All other delivery company’s have no issue with delivering parcel’s to my home.

Staff are always excellent and friendly but the service is now appalling on deliveries. Awaiting 4 parcels that should have been delivered a week ago. Can't collect 'without a missed delivery card'. This poor service is no longer the exception and has now become the norm in our area

We are currently getting one delivery per week. Terrible service and when we do get the post, we get letters posted 1st class 7 days previous. Sort it out Royal Mail.
