Assembly included and removal of the old chair paid for. Delivery driver/and assistant unwilling to for fill either part!
No help from customer service either.
I will be recommending that CareCo stop using this company 😡

Sean and Friend did a fantastic job. They were late because they had stopped to help an old couple that had broken down, which is the best reason for a late delivery that I've ever encountered. Anyway, they were very sweet and kind and happily delivered the very heavy order to my back garden. Well done guys. Kx

Very well organised company, kept us updated throughout. Very good communications from customer services as well as text messages on the day. A 5-star shout out for Mr Jones and his partner the driver, not only did they safely move the 'HomeLeisureDirect' pool dining table after the pathway got a bit slippery after a long night of raining, Jones assisted in opening the package for my partner to check the pool table cloth, which we both appreciate it fully. Thanks guys

Delivery was arranged for 01/12/2022 1400hrs-1700hrs. I received an email stating that if the delivery was late, the crew would make direct contact with me, they have my contact details. By 2000hrs no contact had been forthcoming. I made 3 attempts to contact Route 1 on the phone and despite being told I was 1st in the queue, there was no answer despite waiting well over 40 minutes on each occasion. After contacting Otty the following day I was told delivery would be rescheduled for 05/12/22. On this occasion Route 1 sent me texts to update the ETA. When it arrived the chaps were very helpful and polite.

WORST customer experience with this company. Despite having my items since last week, I had to make contact on the weekend to find out my delivery date, of which I was given 1 WORKING DAYS NOTICE to ensure I was available for delivery. As a full time working teacher, being available at such short notice is not an option so customer services agreed to look at the following day for me. Just called up to find out ANOTHER WHOLE WEEK is what I’d have to wait for my purchase?! Absolute joke of a company. My partner is in the haulage industry himself and even he said this company seem a shambles to be operating which such a lack of communication and incorrect information being given to customers. Absolutely appalling. Do not buy a mattress from OTTY as these are the people they deliver with. Do not recommend.

Totally unprofessional,this is now the 5th march and despite being told my furniture would be here on the 28th February I have received no correspondence regarding why our delivery did not arrive.this is the second Time this has happened. The first time is a cracker,they arranged delivery with us gave us a date and a time,when our furniture did not arrive and I contacted them they told me they did not have our furniture at their warehouse and had hoped they would.we have never ever dealt with such an unprofessional disorganised lacklustre company.I grudge giving you one star but have to so I can post.
This is getting better by the day,just received a phone call after emailing customer service.
The girl informed me it was not their fault that my furniture was not delivered as they only receive furniture the day before delivery and had not received our furniture despite on two occasions giving us a delivery date.
This company are a complete bunch of charlatans and cowboys I would never recommend this company do deliver anything,customer service is a disgrace lie after lie.

We were let down for a guaranteed pre Christmas delivery by both this courier company and home leisure direct. Do not depend on any of these companies for reliability. You will get an apology and that is it
