Ordered a birthday cake for an 80th birthday. It was delicious….. nice and light, not too sweet, with chocolate icing, and beautifully decorated. It looked and tasted absolutely amazing. Very professionally done and very good value.

A very relaxing and welcoming cafe. There is a homely and friendly atmosphere enhanced by the decor and cheery staff. Homemade soup and wheaten bread were amazing and accounted for bakery purchases on the way out. We'll definitely be back to try out more of the menu. A great example of what a cafe should be.

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughters 21st. Gave a brief description of what I was looking for and was told no problem they would sort it no bother at all. Collected cake yesterday and was absolutely blown away by what we received. The overall look and finish was beautiful but the taste and the texture was gorgeous. The cake was moist with just the right amount of jam and buttercream.

The staff are polite and professional and the cost is fantastic. Will definitely be ordering birthday cakes from here again in the future and highly recommend.

Very average place. Got mocha there. Served in a mug. Coffee tasted very artificial, like it was made of powder rather than espresso shot, milk and chocolate. 2 mugs and spoons brought to the table in hands, the same hands which clean tables, take cash, etc. Kind of disgusting. Decor dated. The staff asks you to check for free tables upstairs, then you walk downstairs to order, then you walk upstairs and wait. Ketchup and vinegar on every table which makes you feel you are in a cheap hostel rather than a nice cafe. Will not come back.
