Warehouse very slow ...over 3 hours wait for a pre schedule pick up. Terrible.!!!! Leaving the center after loading and the young girl that was security was totally RUDE!!

I used wrong screws on my coffee table that messed up the table top but when I talked to them they exchanged it with a new one.thanks RTG definitely recommend to anyone

I purchase a bunk bed for my kids driver told me that they will let customer service know about the damages on my kids bunk bed never heard back from them.. 2 weeks after they set up the bunk bed it started coming apart... Bad service and customer service worst store ever..

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I met 3 people at the distribution center and they were all the nicest people. The older gentleman at the front gate, the woman in the office, and the man who brought the sofa bed to my truck. Each of them were genuinely sweet and helpful people. I got there 10am on a Thursday and was out before 10:30.

We ordered our bedroom furniture in Feb 2022. They told us that it would not be available until June 23. Once it was delivered all the screws were missing! To wait this long is one thing but to have missing screws. I called customer service they told me that it would take 90 days to the screws to be delivered! They said once I receive the screws I have to wait longer to have someone come put the furniture together.
Horrible!! I will be contacting corporate. I spent too much money on this furniture.

Not a 24hr facility open from 6am to 3pm for receiving and to 4 pm for drop and hooks after 4 just wait till next day security is nice sweet lady no parking around facility best bet is find near by truck stop one9 is not far from here has a Texas best BBQ and a sonic small but is close

I had to wait 2 hrs to pick up my living room set. I shouldn't have to wait this long for something that is SCHEDULED! The facility knew that me, along with other customers were coming to pick up our furniture, because it was SCHEDULED! Our orders should have been grouped together the day or night before pick up. The receptionist was not helpful at ALL, I understand there's a backup of customers, but your bad attitude is NO excuse! I am very disappointed in Rooms to Go, for such a well known company, you should do better. Had I known about this, I would have taken my business elsewhere! Buyers, don't do business from this company!

Also, after your name is called, you have to wait an additional 30 mins at the door for them to pull your order.
