I have mobility issues when I needed to collect a parcel they offered to bring it to my car, as I would have had difficulty in getting into the post office. The young man I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and polite and came across as if nothing would be too much trouble. Nice to see that customer service is still alive and kicking in Swindon.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always willing to explain all the options if your posting items. Opening hours enable easy collection of parcels, if you request they are delivered to this post office for collection. Its a relaxed place, even when there is a queue! The staff give every customer their full attention and excellent service. Highly recommend this Post Office.

Im surprised condescending muppet behind the counter are capable of running a post office!
I have run my own business for over 20 years , ... these guys need to learn communication skills.
You speak to a customer, not down to them .
They have come to for help, not sarcasm
Completely unacceptable and I will not be using this post office again.
Would of given zero stars if possible, completely useless arrogant staff .
