I can't thank Adrian and his courier enough! I drove down to Southampton yesterday (5hr drive) to get on a ship today but last night when checking through all my papers I discovered I'd brought my son's passport and not mine 😱 I was going to drive back but my daughter found this service online and after speaking to Adrian a couple of times his courier collected my passport from my house within an hour and I've just received it now at our hotel in Southampton. Rock Solid were great! I forgot my phone and was going away on business for a week so needed it delivered to work.

Was boarding a ship for work and forgot my passport. I called these guys at 1900 and by 0730 the next day they'd got my passport from London to Dundee, just before the gangway was taken away!
So reactive and they dealt very well with the awkward drop off in a harbour. Faultless

We cannot praise Adrian (who I booked the job with) and Mario (the courier) enough for helping us out of a very difficult situation. Mario collected a passport from a residential address and brought it to us at an airport very efficiently and professionally, keeping us informed of his journey and arrival time. Although obviously paying for this service (& it was a reasonable price) that does not always mean you get a first class job done and we were a bit worried on the day, but the worry was unnecessary and we would highly recommend this company. Our son got his passport in good time so he could go on his skiing holiday. Thank you Adrian and Mario!
