Rude staff , trying to do 6 people's work and it shows with the level of service and professionalism.
Two tills, one scale , instead of asking a rude employee just assumed and started touching my item while serving the que dodger next to me and when told she could have asked me to move my item if it was in the way , I was accused of being apparently rude for doing so. No raised voice no swearing just plain facts. Then the manager started asking for calmness. Quite laughable . Stick to trying to be Morrisons. Very cramped tills with no organisation or common sense

What an obnoxious ‘can’t be bothered to help’ man. In a local shop/post office where people of all ages go for various items including postal servises your’d expect a good old fashioned welcome - 3 assistants looking dismissive of any assistance all huddled behind a glass front one end and boxes of sweets the other.

Since the redesign and the takeover by Morrisons
I can wholeheartedly say the store is ruined the man behind the counter. He’s on a different spectrum to everybody else and should not be dealing with the public time after time I visit the store and find it to be so unsatisfactory service with cramped conditions and poorly organised and run. if you’re in a rush please avoid this store.

Essential local post office serving the local community. As there are no longer any banks in Rochford many elderly people in the area have no easy means of getting around, so this place serves a lifeline to them. We need our local post offices even in a modern electronic world. Friendly and extremely helpful counterstaff.
