Opening hours are awful, service awful and the staff must be being told they are moving to North Korea as they are so happy. Need to remove the Royal part and rename it "There's a chance you will get your mail" not as catchy but far more an accurate description.

Worst delivery service possible. It’s the only service that doesn’t leave the package in a safe place and takes it back to the office. Then the office is only open for limited hours which isn’t convenient for anyone to collect! This needs to be fixed in this modern time!

After a replacement car key was lost in post the Rochester delivery office wasn't very helpful atall & we were met with 'these things happen we get lots of keys & don't keep lost property!' I asked my local postman Peter Walters Higham to maybe ask around & gave him the details he went above & beyond & low & behold he found it much to our delight...well done Peter good to know someone cares

The staff are always helpful and friendly, shame it isn't open for longer.. 12 is a bit of a rush to get orders done by sometimes.
They are understaffed which is why you may not get mail as often as you like, dont deserve 1 star because of that. The post people work bloody hard, new people come in and can't hack it so leave.. meaning they are always short staffed. I'd suggest to send stuff tracked if important. They do their best.. thats all any of us can do when working with the majority of the ungrateful general public.
