Our relationship with Roch Valley Self Storage started in April 2021 and this facility based in Hollins Mill, canal side, has literally been a game changer for our little business. It has meant that we have been able to order in much greater quantities than was previously possible due to the limited space on the boat and it completely removed the stress and headaches of trying to arrange almost weekly deliveries from March - July to various addresses at convenient times, which is even more complicated when they are being sent from India! The amazing support of Marshall, has been such an important cog in the Hippie Boat Wheel, nothing has ever been too much trouble over the course of our working relationship and his interest in our travels and trading has been genuine and always encouraging - there is no doubt that our business would not be where it is now had we not picked up the phone to Marshall 2 + years ago. We are both incredibly appreciative of the extra mile that Roch Valley go for their customers and we are truly going to miss our regular visits to Walsden to unpack deliveries, collect mail & website returns and pick up replacement stock, our chats in the office with Marshall and cuddles with the gorgeous Franky; what a bonus that the facility has been doggie friendly too! Couldn’t have asked for better service. The facility was perfect and just what we needed for our house move. Marshall went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in the container in time for completion date and even helped move and fit items in. Very friendly and knowledgeable throughout. If you are looking for storage - look no further. These units are clean, super dry and spacious. I'm surprised how much I fit in my 1m x 2 m space.
Furthermore, Marshall is really friendly and always greets with a smile. He is super helpful, and often goes beyond the call of duty - in fact nothing is too much trouble. Really excellent - can't recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant flexible service. This is a genuinely local business and they really care about supporting their customers. Competitive pricing too. It's particularly nice to see an old mill being well used and given a continuing lease of life. They have a useful new ground floor section opening now as well.

Excellent business. Stored my possessions during a period of 18months whilst I was moving around. Very friendly & helpful team, everything secure but easily accessible when I needed it. hopefully won't need their services again, but if I do then I'd happily go back. Highly recommend.
