Ordered a pair of taps from bathshop321 on ebay, these must be the company you deal with as these are the delivery people. After two failed deliveries i asked for a after 9.30am delivery, they was here at just gone 8am. Customer service is poor and they are incapable of following the simplest instructions. Very poor service.

One star is too much. Ordered a Vanity Unit and was told that there is no stock. Delivery quoted as 2-4 Weeks. 5 Weeks later I asked for an update and told that the goods were still in production with no estimated delivery date. Order finally cancelled after waiting 9 days for any kind of response (seven weeks after the order was placed).

We purchased the Vodas 800 quadrant shower enclosure for a wet room Installation as clearly shown on their website.

The installation instructions do not include any dimensions. We got a nasty surprise after our Plumber installed it to exactly 800mm dimensions. The doors don't meet and neither does the floor strip and water is pouring out every where.

Synergy (Owned by Robert Lee Distribution) initially told us it should have been fitted to 790 internally so I took photos with a measuring tape proving it had been installed as they said. Then they sent us dimension they got from the manufacturer showing it's actual size is 768 and that's how it should have been installed.

We spoke to Jon Moss who blamed us for incorrectly installing it and said he doesn't agree that the product is not 'as described' and has refused to do anything to help us. His position is that it is designed to go on an 800mm base/tray and it is an industry standard practice for the enclosures to be less than 800mm.

This company are selling products that are not 'as described' and have left us with a product that isn't fit for purpose and won't do anything to resolve it.

There are so many different companies selling bathroom products out there so do yourself a favour and avoid Synergy or anything related to Robert Lee Distribution because like us you could be left with a products that dont fit, aren't as described, aren't fit for purpose and you'll be given no help whatsoever and be left out of pocket.

A female collegue was expecting a delivery of a toilet and asked upon purchase for the toilet to be taken upstairs.
Got a phonecall from a delivery driver names Paul saying he may struggle as he is on his own so I offered to go round. No mention at this point that there was no going upstairs.
Took time out to go round and when he came all too ready to get help coming off the van but then when it came to lifting up a flight of stairs “Not insured. Are you going to pay my bills if I fall?”
That is fair enough but he was ready to ask for help getting it off the van and it clearly said that the item was to go on the first floor. Really disappointing that he asked for help which put me under the impression that it was going upstairs then nothing. Went round for no reason at all.
