Today I was in the shop and at the checkout, I only bought a bathroom cleaner and shoe cleaner at the cashier. The lady was very harsh in her words and I did not understand her well. She said that the cleaner is only here, and she said that because you bought a shoe cleaner, she said give me the ID and I said why? She said because this cleaner is being used badly. And I gave it to her, despite my age being 38 years old and apparent from my appearance. Frankly, I was disturbed by their behavior, and returned every items and this is not the first time, and this is how they acted rudely.

Appalling non existent customer service. I visited your regent street branch Swindon this morning at 11:50 am on one of my rare visits to the town centre to enquire about some batteries for my camera. These are kept behind the counter which I stepped up to where 2 staff members were in deep conversation. I waited. And waited. Couldn’t see the batteries as the staff members were in the way. I coughed but still no response! Then a third member of staff came up with some stock for a customer who had been standing nearby. I said that I wanted some help with some batteries but thought I must be invisible as her 2 colleagues were still ignoring me. I then said that I wasn’t happy and that I would go elsewhere and walked out of your store. I then thought. No. The manager needs to know about the lack of service and went back in and asked to speak to the person in charge. Eventually one of the 2 assistants came out and introduced herself as Victoria the assistant manager I then told her that she had totally ignored me and that it was only right that she should know how unhappy I was with the lack of service! She said that this wasn’t the norm and that she was relaying some urgent information from head office to her colleague. She did apologise and asked if she could help I said No I would make my purchase elsewhere and left. Is this the type of service you offer I purchased my batteries from a competitor and also brought some drill bits. Total sale £28. If and when I call into town in future alas you won’t be on my list of places to shop and may I make a suggestion that if your management team have information to give to staff that they do it away from the main sales area so that you can hopefully offer some customers service!!! Absolute con-merchants. Bought a product on-line, click and collect, then went to collect it - but saw the same item on sale in the shop for less money! Complained to the sales girl, but Miss Bad Attitude couldn't have cared less. Even told me she wouldn't have complained herself! The Manager was called, but equally useless. 'My hands are tied,' he says! Actually no, your hands should have been working hard to uphold the reputation of Robert Dyas. Can you legally display a price, then refuse to sell an item at that price? Bacause that's basically what Robert Dyas did today. Won't be going out of my way to shop there again, that's for sure.

would not recommend anyone buy from Robert Dyas online. I ordered a toaster and breadbin which took an age to be delivered and when it finally arrived was the wrong colour. A month later and the box is still here in my house waiting to be collected and I have no refund. The customer service team keep sending emails blaming their supplier for not collecting but the fact is it's been 4 weeks and nothing has been done. So my advice is buy from somewhere with an efficient customer service team then if something goes wrong you can simply return the product and get your money back.

My item has been paid for and paid for xtra for next day I’m still waiting after two weeks for it to be delivered and still nothing.
Iv emailed them and several different memebers of staff have told me they’re waiting to hear what’s going on in the warehouse, iv asked for a tracking number and they couldn’t give me one just said it will be delivered in 5-7days o feel iv been told this to shut me down, awfully led no communication I would never purchase from this shop ever again

You confirmed a order with me I paid my money to find out 10 days later you cancelled and my money will be back in my account after 7 days this is bad customer service at its finest. To top It off I call your Swindon branch Friday and they said Monday I called Monday and they told me this. what if I had never even called up when was I going to find out... Terrible communication

Just before Christmas my mother went into the Swindon Regent Street shop, and I asked a sales assistant what was their cheapest Iron. She told us it was £24.99
