I had an overseas shipment arrive that I needed to get back onto the Isle of Wight but it was the festival weekend. From receiving my shipment to delivered to my door (beach) was less than 24hrs. Amazing service and professional. I will be using them again!

I cannot recommend Riva South enough. I had some difficulty with some goods that I imported from China and they ended up at Riva South. They were fantastic in helping me forward the goods to my forwarding shipping line and talked me through every step of the way. They were reasonably priced and worked quickly to get my goods to the destination in time for me to meet the shipping deadline. Darrell in particular was brilliant, went above and beyond.

As a company working with Riva South as our courier has been faultless from the beginning. Alice came out and visited provided us with everything we needed. Communicates daily to ensure we are happy going forward and to let us know driver arrival times. Drivers are polite and helpful upon collection of pallets. Deliveries are being made with ease in a timely manner. Easily the best courier company we have dealt with, based on the level of service in the office and and deliveries.

I have used RIVA for years and am extremely happy with their services. They are very good with keeping us updated on our deliveries ETAs and will always let us know if there are any issues and do everything in their power to help resolve any issues there may be.
