One of the places which don't treat drivers like dogs. They not only accepted delivery day before the booking time, but they let me stay inside for the night break as well. Great example for all other places we drivers need to deal with. Thank you Rhenus 👍

Office staff were great, especially one young lady..🥰🤣🤣….warehouse men (not all of them)..in a different league, “the, not my job mate league “….oh and there’s no toilets,coffee machine so go before you get there…there is a garage around the corner that’s pretty decent…

Called to Customer Services twice now to help arrange delivery. Both times you get placed in a queue and when your turn comes it just rings out. You really need to improve this. Total waste of time calling. If you can't accept calls from customers just admit it.

The warehouse loading staff highly incompetent and rude, with no idea how to load things properly so the hgv driver can secure the cargo. Eg. They stack hazardous materials whereas this is strictly prohibited and heftily fined in Germany !!! A recept example: they put a slippery plastic pallet of hazmats in slippery metal boxes on top of another pallet - even though I secured it with lashes, upon unloading I found it was displaced, and one of the boxes dented. Incredible!!!!

30 minutes loading, one hour for documents, including the custom papers for export. Can park for overnight in the yard. Good service
