I made an order via an online retailer who used Rhenus Home Delivery as a 3rd party courier. On the day of my delivery, the delivery was cancelled due to a "problem with the route". I was informed I would receive a re-booking link within 24 hours. This did not occur. I contacted them three days later and was informed they would chase with their warehouse. I contacted them every day via their WhatsApp message for five days requesting an update. They provided me two different explanations during this period. Neither were true. After a week of waiting, I contacted the retailer directly and was informed that Rhenus had confirmed they had lost one of the items, and that the retailer would issue a replacement.

Terrible customer service. Unhelpful, disorganised, and on the one occasion I was able to speak with someone via telephone, incredibly rude.

Worst delivery service ever 4 weeks and still no sign. They cancelled it with no valid reason and said they would provide a new time slot within 24 hours. A really expensive DUSK order is no where to be seen with no reassurance from anyone. No contact number , they only offer an automated WhatsApp service that ends the conversation at any given chance. For all know they’ve stolen it!

Basically computer says no - they have for some reason claimed my package has been delivered, it hasn't. They won't deliver it. They take 10 years to respond to my messages and then close the conversation as soon as they reply. I have asked for a way to complain - they said they will process it but haven't supplied anything to process it and try and close the chat. I wouldn't get paid to deliver dogshit to my worst enemy with this service. It's that bad

Absolutely awful experience with driver today 26th March 2025, calling me they are 30 minutes away. Not only was the driver rude and unprofessional, ignored instructions, acted aggressively, but this is yet another instance of the company failing to get deliveries right. I have provided my what3words location multiple times to ensure precise directions, yet your drivers still can’t seem to follow basic instructions. I shouldn’t have to deal with attitude and incompetence just to receive my order. If this is how you treat paying customers, I won’t be ordering again, and I’ll make sure others know to avoid this service. Fix this, or expect to lose more business.

Appalling customer service, no communication no contact numbers to speak to anyone.

They were meant to deliver my sofa a week ago but delivery failed they said they would come back at the end of the day and give me a ring. They did not.

It has now been a week and I’ve had no communication from them with any update. They have my sofa in their warehouse and they will not give me the address or any details as far as I’m concerned, they have stolen my sofa.

Worst delivery service I have ever used in my life and they have made the moving in process for me so much more stressful and have no empathy.

It’s a shame about the other low marks given, I had 2 delivery guys for my new sofa and mattress and they were on time (with a call made about 20 minutes before arrival to let me know), quick and very friendly and polite.

I would give them minus 5 if I could. Appalling service.
Booked delivery for the 24th ( since they offered it as a delivery day ) now they are lying saying at first that they did not receive the items ( even thoughtheirown system says they arrivedin warehouseon the 21st ), than that the items arrived late , then that Dusk.com put my order on hold.
They are lying and should not be in the delivery business.

19:21 passes, no update. No delivery. I ring the driver and he informs me the vehicle broke down.

Customer service can’t expedite the delivery. They can’t offer compensation for loss of days worked to receive the delivery. And they don’t deliver weekends.

Terrible logistics if your customer service provider is telling me “we had a number of breakdowns yesterday”.

Maintain your fleet and perhaps you might improve your delivery success rate.
