This company is 5 star service. When I needed a van for an urgent matter Russell was attentive and got me sorted within ten minutes even whilst he was on holiday. Nothing was a problem we liased with each other and he organised a colleague to meet me with the keys. His quick response really did save my day. Russell was also flexible in regards to when the van needed to be returned and adjusted his normal standards of business to fit my needs which was needing the van out of the normal radius. 100 percent would recommend and use again. Good service at very reasonable prices. Thanks Russell for being so accommodating.

Been with RFG for a few years now, any interaction with staff has always been pleasant, professional and courteous. Since I got my container the gates have been upgraded to fully automatic, yes it would be nice if buttons were on the RHS as you approach but it's no big deal ... Gates close behind, Professional feel to Operations, container is great condition inside and out, and it's local, Win, Win for me 😁👌

Big clean storage new containers but numbers are very disorganised no real structure ground very uneven for larger vehicles
