FREE TRAIL SCAM !! with 60 days notice to cancel!

Their website is designed to cheat you into paying without your knowledge. I tried to sign up over the weekend of a Trail to see if its right for my business.

They offer you instant access to their 14 day trail but the moment they have your card you are charged.. ITS A SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!

I tried calling and they offered me 14 days trail at the end of the charged month!! like What the @@, How does that make sense? Why would I try something a month after you have charged me almost £50 for it.

I repeat, ITS A SCAM, there is no such thing as a trail after you pay. If you want to try the site out be willing to pay without your knowledge and being told we cancel with a 60 day notice even though i emailed them seconds after to stop this..

The best way is to contact you bank and get a refund because they are not helpful AT ALL... I saw other comments and thought my experience will be different but it wasn't.

This is not a serious company. We had the trial for one week and on the first week and after exactly one week they took £133.20 in September. In October we have cancelled. After 2 Months still taking payments from our account, on December even after we had a confirmation via email that they won’t take any payment after the cancellation. This is ridiculous. They only talking your money, no invoice, no confirmation of the payment. I am not sure what their answer it will be for this review. I will also add a photo with their confirmation for cancellation. Ridiculous!

Beware of this website. There is no trial as you get charged anyway. Very hard to cancel membership as they will say it is cancelled but no email confirmation from their side and you will get charged another couple months anyway. Do not give your card details. There are only contacts for potential jobs on the website and if someone will reply, they will expect you to do the job to cover your fuel cost only.

I would like to rate them 0*. This people charge me subscription every 3 MONTS for nothing as I have cancelled my account few times and still pay for it . That is how they work , can not cancel just keep paying and they don't have loads...be careful with that company is spaammm

Realy disappointed. When I was reading out the site, there was information that there is loads for Vans. Also they write that they give you free trail, but.. I try to log in, then get the notice that somebody will contact me as soon as possible. Nobody call, so I chouse option start now, they immediately charged money and didn't give free trail. The same day I checked the site and see that trese is no loads for vans, after 2 hours from order I write them and ask to cancel my membership becouse I will not use platform, it didn't fitt for me. Then they told me that they will not close my account and I need to wait 60 days. So they take 3 times 50 pounds for nothing. Its realy sad, becouse I have little dougter and better I would buy something for her... Now the money is just giving like a pressent for this platform.

Unfortunately first 1 star from myself, google won't allow me to give them a lower score as they don't even deserve the 1 star! Signed up for a free trial, was not provided with any leads let alone winning a job! Cancelled on the last day, was told to email them then they charged me and wouldn't refund saying they didn't receive the email haha asked to speak to a manager kept getting fobbed off. Anyway people BEWARE see for yourself and don't take my word just make sure you clearly record the call or best way is to make them acknowledge your cancellation before you start the trial !

After the free trial they won t cancel and start to steal your money every month. Very dishonest company that email you treaths with CCJ and more fees .I NEVER AGREE THE MEMBERSHIP . Don t give them your bank details .
I have tried 6 different haulage websites None of them enroll me in an Abusive,Hidden, Forced membership. If you are serious and Reliable company you never hide under a tick . You steal money from customers card disguise in membership fees and they don' t use or acces your platform because they have no idea that the membership begun. You bet that people don t read term and conditions and you are happy to charge them monthly till they notice.
Have you ever heard about Business code of conduct ? Ethics ?
You mislead your website visitors by stating '' FREE TRIAL '' while you force them into membership.

Does exactly what it says on the tin at a fair price without being stuck in a 12 month contract like the other platform. This freight exchange has plenty of genuine fresh loads posted every day by reputable companies. You can find back loads from virtually anywhere in the country so you will never need to run empty again.
