Professional staff was treated with respect and in and out in no time... they communicate well what's needed since it's a limited space to enter and back up to docks beside the entrance/ exit ...but its doable....

First I will say my rating is NOT based on my rep Birk Walton. He was a FANTASTIC REP. I appreciate the fact that I had a hands-on REP that while my business is small, he didn’t make make me feel that way he conducted himself an incredibly professional manner with me, as well as my staff, and he will be sorely missed. Thank you Birk for doing such a great job.
As for the rating for the company overall lots of products have been removed from their portfolio which is made it difficult to be able to maintain a minimum order. And probably most important is that when Birk was taken off of the account, no one has contacted me to let me know who my rep is and when I contacted the company I was told to call back the next day and somebody could probably help me. I called back the next day and they said I had not been assigned a rep. This was immediately after Birk was no longer my rep. So I just called in my order to the company as I had no one for my REP. After a month or so, I contacted the company again which was today and asked who my rep was. I was told the name, but they did not have a contact number for the individual. Although the lady on the phone was extremely nice and I was very appreciative of that. It still didn’t resolve any issues. At some point, I hope to find out who my rep is so that I know who my point of contact should be. Again for those of you that have Birk Walton as your rep you’re very fortunate as he is what made the company so positive for me

They got the worst customer service ever. They got people working there that do not care about the customer or the company they work for. I was on the phone for hours trying to straighten a problem caused by their incompetent employees. I was put on hold for ever, transfer me to another state. I asked to talk to a manager, the receptionist hanged up on me. I wish I do not have to deal with them.

I am anticipating to say that there will be a problem in this winery one day, the man in charge of receiving is always in a bad mood and I realized that it is with the immigrant drivers and that is racism, this is the 6th time that I come to deliver here and there hasn't been a damn time that he hasn't abused me verbally, I think it's time for the man to take care of his wife if he has one and not abuse those of us who are working anymore.

5/13/2024 DO NOT BOOK WITH CW CARRIERS (Branislav Tomic) THEY LIE ABOUT APPOITMENTS arrived at receiver only to be told it is 2 days later - when i asked the broker they acted so surprised but i called the receiver to check and was told CW carriers set the appointment and new the whole time

I have several sushi restaurants. So my last three orders are as follows, My first two were completely incorrect and the wrong product was sent. My last which was suppose to be today never showed up. This company has gone to the crappers.
I can't wait for these awful sales people to call me next. Please don't waste your time and go through another distributor . Unprofessional and unorganized .

Ive placed all my orders online because I’ve never met my rep and I’ve owned the bar for 14 months now my driver quit and I didn’t get my delivery today and I don’t know who to call. This might be the absolute worst company I’ve ever experienced in my life honestly I don’t need 1800 or deep Eddy that bad anyway good riddance. If I owned a liquor, I would never have these people distribute it. I tried to call and there’s no one to talk to.

Terrible. Parked in our office parking, blocking everyone from getting in and out. When I called the warehouse, I was told I was mistaken and hung up on.
