This company subcontracting owner drivers on Courier Exchange with 45 days(end of the month) payment terms and doesn't pay for subcontracted jobs.

Stay away! They keep your funds indefinitely and go silent. Website and phone offline. Fraudulent operation that literally steal money and deposits. People might be reasonable if you just keep communication open and honest. Ignoring clients and contractors is not the best approach.
Initial interaction was friendly and acceptable. Unfortunately, we soon realised there was some complications with the logistics, and it was hidden from us the client. Most of the information communicated was confusing, changing, evolving and not very clear or accurate. Reliant clearly attempted to shift the blame on anyone else but themselves. In summary, they subcontracted the delivery and there were several amateur mistakes made that caused the delays and paperwork issues. We are still waiting for owed funds to be returned 3 months later. RELIANT COURIERS told us multiple times that this will be returned, but nothing ever happens. At this stage all communication stopped from this company, and they do not respond to any form of communication.

I did two jobs for this company on SDCN and now when it comes to paying their invoices, "they are struggling" to start with there was no communications and then when they did it was to advise that they are taking out a CVA so i hopefully will get some money just not all of it,

all i can say is bad form, if you had communicated i probably would have reduced the invoice amount to help out but hey your the professionals, me I'm just a mere self employed contractor that relays on invoices being paid.

Terrible company. Have not paid. They Blocked my number. Do not anwser their phones .
Rakesh is the worst , tries to act all friendly , but when its paytime , Does not communicate at all.
Terrible Terrible Terrible.
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
I have heard they are laying workers off, and are not paying any subcontractors.

5 Star Service, Sent a Pallet and Received it back a Week later as planned, Email confirmations of everything as it was happening. There was a Change of plan and I Added a second pallet for collection of 600kg £25,000 Machine and there was no Drama's what so ever.
Will definitely use them again.

We have unpaid invoices from October. They answer only after you call them 4-5 times or send 4-5 emails. They say they will pay but no payments are made. We think this company is a scam and we will take them to Court now.

Avoid this company at all cost, they wouldn’t pick up your call or reply emails. The company left Courier Exchange without paying their subcontractors.
