Great service from beginning to end. Booked at short notice due to an unexpected change of dates which our original firm couldn’t accommodate. Dave was great to talk to on the phone, answering all my queries and the paperwork was simple.
Both Bill and George who moved us on the day were brilliant. Carefully assessing before loading the van efficiently. They were also very friendly and kind, which on way could be a stressful day, was really important.
Everything went without a hitch and we were grateful for their assistance.
We would happily recommend and would use again. Thank you.

Superb service from start to finish. Very polite and friendly, Dave and his lads were efficient and worked well together, were very careful of not only the furniture but the house as they manoeuvred big items downstairs. The lorry was packed with care and everything padded well and secured. Nothing was to much trouble.
Having been in the Army I have had many removals and this I can safely say was the most personal and by far the best, and no damage!

These guys are just brilliant! If you're looking for a moving company that are efficient, fast, and who genuinely care about you and your belongings, then look no further. Dave and the team moved us into a two bedroom top floor flat in Watford and it was so smooth. Without a lift, the three men had to carry all of our stuff up two flights of stairs on a very hot day, and they hardly broke a sweat! They arrived at 08.30 and they had left our new place by 14.00, with over an hour drive between the two places. We were so impressed with them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Reliable Moving and Storage is an excellent removal service. We have recently moved to a third floor flat and the removal men's efficiency made it an easy experience for us.
All four men were polite, friendly, hardworking and took into consideration our personal needs. They were punctual and when we had finished unpacking they collected the boxes for recyling.
We definitely recommend them if you are on the move.

The guys were friendly & accommodating
And considering they were up & down flat stairs they were extremely at ease with that,

Dave and the team assisted my partner and I with a short-notice move collecting everything from a 3 bedroom house and storage unit, storing it all for 3 weeks and then delivering it all in a single day to our new address 3 hours away. This is the second time we have worked with Dave after he carried out a single day move for my parents. On both occasions the accuracy of quotations and timescales, level of service and communication we received from Reliable was outstanding. The team that both collected and delivered our items were extremely hard working, respectful and careful to ensure that things weren't damaged and that they were put in whatever locations we asked, no matter how awkward. I have already recommended Reliable to others and will continue to do so in the future given the way I've seen them operate.
