After I highlighted that numerous cars were parking in the disabled parking bays at Regus Cambourne, without displaying a valid Blue Badge in my last review, Regus CLAIMED that they were "sorry to hear you have encountered accessibility issues and we will be sure to pass this on to the building's landlord." On attempting to park my car again 2 weeks later, FOUR CARS WERE PARKED ILLEGALLY IN THE DISABLED PARKING BAY WITH NO BLUE BADGE. WHY WILL REGUS NOT TACKLE THIS ISSUE? THE REGISTRATIONS ARE RE72 NBF, LR61 DHZ, FV13 KNH, MA21 VXJ. It clearly cannot be difficult for the managers to locate the owners of these cars in the building, as I have seen the same cars parked here on numerous occasions.

We went to see small office, salesman says you need to sign some online document so we can send you different prices for year and two year contract. Next thing we know we being sign up for two year contract. Approach to every customer service area and even director of company. Not a good reply from anyone and told us to pay full two year amount if we need to come out from contract.
Area sales manager swearing and shouting as we being like some low class animals or something. Really bad experience with this company. We being told as it’s not UK based company they can send debt collectors but you can’t complain to any trading standards or governing body.

Very rude and disrespectful people. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent team that really are flexible when it comes to increasing space and growing with your business. Call our Sales Manager up to get a bigger office and we’ll be in it an hour later. Olivia and Dale are really helpful and go out of there way to act as an extension of your business. Every request is dealt with straight away. For people who don’t understand Regus, you need to read the terms carefully and do expect higher initial bills - that is the same with any office provider. Once the first three months have passed your bills balance out and become more fluid, don’t expect to move in and pay one months rent and the deposit. Expect two months rent, IT setup costs and expect them to take payment on signing the agreement. Overall I feel Regus work very well with our resourcing requirements.

The buildings house a number of companies. It looks like a nice place to work, spacious and a relaxing feel. Nice business area and kitchenette area for staff. Meeting rooms are nice and pacious. Some still observe social distancing and mask wearing which is reassuring given the current level of Covid in the public.

Awful experience. AVOID REGUS! I have been using the co-working space for a little over a month now. There is rarely a staff member at the desk. The air-con was broken for the first two weeks making the space so cold your fingers would go numb. The bins bags have not been changed since I moved in - the bin is full. The room shows no evidence of being cleaned since I moved in; this is especially concerning given COVID19. When terminating my contract, I was presented with almost £400 of charges hidden deep in the terms and conditions. I made it very clear I would only be using the space for two months, however was still charged for four months of 'service use'. Supposedly, this includes cleaning... Among other services that haven't been provided. There was no mention of these charges during my welcome meeting... which, funnily enough, was never completed as the staff weren't present. 1/5 Stars is generous.

WeLywnLgv is rather set back in location, and a little tricky to get to if you don't know the area. It is located off the main road between Dunswell and Beverley. The final strech is a long single track of road, with two way traffic and little passing oppertunity. The building itself is a large portacabin with full facilities inside, with a reception, with their own on site training area for practicing maneuvers.

They have a full fleet of training vehicles, ranging from old to brand new, and cover a majority of catagories. The pricing is very similar to other companies in the area as they are all very competitively priced. The instructors are friendly and down to earth, yet very informative and patient. The vehicles are well maintained, and they have good relationships with local business'.

They are very accommodatingon training slots, but can be booked up to a month in advance due to demand, despite having over 15 vehicles.
