Absolute joke this workplace, 6 weeks of working and yet only one wage from the training days. The van hire takes the majority of the wages and also others things the company is taking out the wage. If you want paying for your work people i definitely would not recommend this place. No line manager helps no ones interested, they make you pay for damages on the van which i didn’t do. They want there work doing but they don’t want to pay you! 100% do not recommend. They used the excuse that it’s because i’ve ’been on holiday for a week’ however i don’t think this is right. Robbing company.

Refused to pay my partner took money for damage done by third party…. Now received an invoice for 6p for off hire of van….. anyone on their last week keep all your sodding parcels to make up for what they will take from you….. Absolute crooks

All the bad reviews are true about this company, con men. I didn't get paid for the work I did for them whilst driving round all day in a van that was not road legal due to dangerous tyre wear and other mechanical faults. Then they tried billing me for damage on a van that I did not damage and it just so happened to be that deductions off my pay was the exact as my wage itself, to the penny. And now two years later after getting nowhere and not one penny of my wage, they are requesting over £15 for ad blue that I have no idea about. This place is a joke and the people involved are disgusting, don't work for them because it's a con. They're idiots and get away with ripping people off.

If I could post -5 stars, this iz exactly what I would do. They will literally strip you off every penny and pay you pennies while youre working. Job advertisement said 6 days a week work, turned out to be 5 then all of the sudden everyone was working 4 day weeks. Its okay if you own a van. If youre hiring a van through them, be prepared to pay fees you werent told about. It was 210 for the van a week.. a week! Fair enoigh i could bear that. Then with the first invoice you get it turns out its 271 a week for a van because of the van deposit they never told you about! Oh and guess what, if you decide to leave then you wont get paid a penny because they will always find a reason to not pay you. Absolute garbage, i do NOT recommend one bit. Tho the manager at the depot was alright except the fact he doesnt reply if you give him your concerns such as paying 271 a week for the van while working 4 day weeks. Stay well back 🙂

Trying to claim I did damage to a van that wasn't in my posession and haven't paid me for work that I am owed. Surfyan is a heartless, cheeky, insincere little man who needs a reality check. Everyone at Regulux is a crook and a criminal. Avoid them at all costs.

Bunch of cowboys and rip their drivers off. Terrible management and a law to themselves. If you want to earn money for going to work and not paying them to deliver their Amazon parcels, stay well clear, seriously!

EVERYONE AVOID.
Please everyone avoid this company if you don't want to lose money. These people charging 50£ every week for deposit for ever I was working with them for 5 months and they charged me all these months and when I asked the manager why is this happening he told me that they charged me for some damages and he sent me the pictures and guess what they charged me for mud and they said it was a scratch and for some damages who other people did I'm still asking them for my money... where is my money thieves

Avoid this scamming company who will even want your arms, legs and organs for damages that don't even exist or was there before. Give you battered vans and then bump your wages. You work hard only to pay for the vans and the company and don't see anything come into your account. Poor management and bunch on donkeys, have no clue about how to treat drivers. Only care about retaining routes and how to impress amazon. Worst company, hope they lose their routes and get shutdown. I
