I rarely leave reviews, but feel Reeds Rains truly deserve my 5 star rating. I initially called and spoke to Beth about our requirements and she was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She continued to assist us through the whole process and was very reliable. She checked in with us throughout the process to ensure we had all the help and information we required. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains to friends as they made our move stress free.

10/10 experience from Reeds Rains! Me and my husband have been looking into properties for our first family home and we made contact with Beth, she was nothing but amazing with us! She was friendly, polite and was extremely knowledgeable! Nothing was a problem for her.. we have a 5 month old little boy and she took that and found properties which would suit us and our son. This company has been nothing but helpful, specifically Beth and Ryan. We are first time buyers and our solicitors have been nothing short of useless we ring them up with an issue and it’s resolved same day they are absolutely brilliant both of them I couldn’t thank them enough for all they have done to help us and still are doing. Buying a house has been so stressful but having those two helping has made it so much easier they really are a credit to Reeds rains Northwich branch they deserve a pay rise/promotion. I hate writing this review but feel it needs saying..
Steve the branch manager attended our property and gave a professional presentation and subsequent valuation on our property in Rudheath, Northwich . Having had a couple more valuations with other estate agents, we decided to go with Reed Rains.
I telephoned this Thursday to the contact number on Steve's business card, the same as the website .
I got and answer phone message saying "no one available but leave a message and they will call back".
I called again later in the morning when no one had got back to me . I left the same message, still no one got back to me. Finally I called again later that afternoon , it still went to answer phone and I explained I'd phoned twice and was wanting to make an appointment come into the office to sign up for the house sale.
Still no one came back to me . Finally the next day (Friday )at 5.20pm I got a call from Ryan saying he'd got a message and could he help!!
I explained the position and said in the meantime , we'd not only been able to get another agent in on the Friday to value the house but had gone with then.
Reed Rains absolutely lost the business through their inefficiency.
Why have they only got one number, why was nobody picking up the answerphone messages for two days .Had I given them my business and my call had been a prospective buyer trying to book an appointment , what kind of impression would that have left the potential buyer .
