I had an amazing experience with redcoat. The procurement service for individuals is excellent and makes the process of shipping much easier. The swift communication and great customer service has been joyful and stress free unlike my experience with other companies.

I used the cleared air freight service and the cleared sea freight service. Charges were reasonable, I was very happy with the UK office and The Office in The Gambia when I went to collect the goods, both offices showed professionalism and great customer service.

I have recommended redcoat express to a number of people, all of whom have been over satisfied with their experience.

I have been using Redcoat Express Ltd for over 10 years sending packages and furniture to the Gambia. They have always provided an excellent service. I normally use the door to door service. Even though is pricey I find it it's worth it. They always been able to give an accurate quote, collect on time, send and deliver the goods safely. I used both Air and Sea and both are working very well. They offer as part of the service that you can pre-pay the VAT. This is very helpful when it comes to sending things abroad and you don't know otherwise how much it will cost. This will leave out any guess work, people trying to collect but are short of funding to retrieve the goods and custom trying to add some "extra charges" on top of the VAT price. The staff have always been very quick to respond to any queries and are very helpful. I am very satisfied with the company and the service they provide. I know people are sometimes complaining of the cost which I think is definitely worth it. The people complaining have no idea about actual cost involved in logistics. Also both air and sea fright have been effected by Covid, technical issues and the world wide financial market. This have made the cost go up and the logistics less stable. Dealing with a company like Redcoat Express with many years experience and knowledge really helps when things are not always going smoothly. Their know-how and communication is top notch. They always deliver the service and the goods as advertised. They fully have my trust and I will continue to use them in the future.
