We recently had a kitchen designed by Lucy at Ream, Gillingham.
The service provided, from start to finish, was absolutely excellent. We was initially very unsure on what we wanted from the design and Lucy was excellent at taking the time to go through options and designs for us, to create our dream kitchen. She designed several different kitchens initially, allowing us to go through and pick elements that we liked and were then able to build on. The kitchen wasn’t fitted by Ream, but was fitted by our builder and Lucy was only ever a phone call or email away when I had questions and nothing was ever too much.
Ream, and Lucy in particular, left a great impression on us, with professionalism and expertise being at the forefront of their service. Ream wasn’t the cheapest option for us, but the service and the product received was undoubtedly worth the price.
The finished kitchen is of excellent quality and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We would undoubtedly recommend ream to anyone as their product and service really are the whole package.

We love our new kitchen!

From start to finish, our experience with Ream was everything we could have hoped for. Paul, our designer, listened to our ideas and truly brought them to life. We wanted a contradictory retro-modern-classic feel - dark yet with vibrant pops of colour - and the end result is a warm and inviting space. It’s a wonderful place to cook and even a great spot to work from home.

The installation took a few weeks, as the total timeline needed to account for the custom glass splashback to be surveyed, manufactured, and fitted. All of the tradesmen were pleasant and efficient, and the work was completed to a high standard.

Paul also recommended a Quooker hot tap, and we went all-in with the chilled and sparkling add-on. We’re so glad we did - it was worth it!

We wholeheartedly recommend Ream to anyone looking to transform their kitchen. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and creativity met our hopes and expectations.

After visiting multiple kitchen designers Ream stood out as the best. Lucy spent alot of time with us to design our dream kitchen and her attention to detail made our kitchen ideal in every way. She gave us alot of ideas when doing the design and made the design process flawless. Russell and his team were great and professional in sorting out some issues that arose at fitting stage and the finished product is faultless. We have had a lot of compliments about the kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Ream. It is our favourite space to be in.

We used Ream for our recent kitchen renovation. Lara one of their designers came to our home to talk through what we were looking for. Upon our first meeting she was very accommodating & understood exactly what we wanted. She was very good at responding to enquiries quickly and her patience was very much appreciated whilst working through so tricky design ideas until we got it right.
We never felt pressured in any way to spend more than we had budgeted for which was a big plus for me.
Every step from design /finalising design/ the fit team/ fitting all worked seamlessly.
Nick their fitter could not have been more helpful and his attention to detail was fantastic..
I would highly recommend Ream for your future kitchen dreams.

Our experience was positive from beginning to end with Ream. Lara, the kitchen designer, placed our needs and wishes at the centre of her thinking, yet managed to come up with ideas that distinguished Ream from other companies. Advice was wide ranging and there were a series of consultations. The kitchen itself was well made and delivered exactly when arranged.

We cannot extol enough the virtues of the service received from Ream. From start to finish our journey has been exciting and stress free.

Lucy designed the perfect kitchen for us and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was then passed over to Emma who kept us updated along the way.

Delivery went smoothly as did the template and fitting of our solid worktops.

We have no hesitation in recommending Ream as the perfect place to choose your new kitchen.
