i have had such a good experience with Tina and the company from day 1. From the day of dropping my personal items into storage i knew they’d be safe and their online system made it easy to manage my account. i wouldn’t hesitate to to recommend Tina and the storage facility!

The facility has access 24 hours a day is clean, dry and a safe environment .

The Online portal is very easy to navigate and whenever you need to call, there’s always been somebody to help.

Had units here for 10 years and never had any problem . Polite friendly professional and nothing is to much trouble . Nice big docking area and facility will accept deliveries and has pallet truck . And is clean and tidy a credit to Ready Steady Store. Exceptional service from Tina / Wendy and nothing is to much trouble and always ready to help. Highly recommend. BT

Needed somewhere to put some stuff. Didn't have a clue what I was doing. Luckily for me Wendy came to my rescue. Fantastic customer service and super helpful. And surprisingly, cheaper than I expected. If you need somewhere to put things, go and see Wendy, she'll hook you up.

There a things to like and things to dislike here, but as a storage unit facility, I like the security side of it.
I would reccomended you look at the units before hiring to get a true feeling for the size. We had to change unit as we got it wrong, our mistake.
