Convenient and much cheaper to use than a removal company .
We moved our stuff at our own leisure which took a lot of the stress away from us .
Nice , clean and spacious and easy to use .

Checked this place out online a while ago, and then booked online for a friend. Online check-in had a few issues, but on arrival the guy at reception sorted out everything. Easy access with a lift, and trolleys available. The smallest size storage unit is surprisingly spacious, and if you don't have a padlock you can buy one at reception.

Storage really good no issues, staff have been really helpful. The only issue have is that the trolleys provided need their breaks overhauled. One that we used the breaks didn't work and it moved on the tailgate of the truck and some of our load fell off and a glass bell was smashed and my Scan n Cut had a piece broken I don't know it it works yet. If not that will be at least £400 to replace. MA Robbins

Although I personally wasn't moving items to be stored, the removals firm,"IT'S IN TRANSIT" were able to use trolleys and the lift up to the second floor where my unit is. It is surprising how much stuff you can get in a large unit. The gentleman on reception said that the locks with an app will be rolled out to more units soon at this site giving added security. I will be able to visit and take items as and when with no bother, thank you Ready. Steady Store 😁

I found this storage facility to be excellent. The standard of the units, price, location and overall facility was exactly what I was looking for. The manager, Matthew, was great. He explained things very clearly, was incredibly helpful, very polite, patient (when answering all my questions) and friendly. I think Matthew is a credit to this company and I would have no hesitation in recommending this facility to everyone, just ask for Matthew!

Excellent customer service, they will gladly go the extra mile to help make sure moving in/out is as easy as possible. The staff are very frendly and are some of the nicest people about. Access is easy plus they have 2 loading bays that makes loading from a large vehicle easy. I am very happy to recommend this place to anyone. All units are indoors which is great as you know that your stuff is safe and dry. Plus the 24 hr access is very handy too.

Becca and Chelsey from customer services were amazing. Couldn't have got through the process without them. Nothing was too much trouble even after endless questions each query was answered promptly and efficiently for an unmanned site customer services are the backbone of the company. Thanks guys
