Great storage facility. Very secure but easy to use access if you need to get your belongings out. Staff always helpful. If leaving earlier than the period paid for, a refund is issued. Have used twice now over last 2 summers for Uni storage so we don't have to bring a small flats worth of stuff home. Will be using again next summer.

Great experience and would highly recommend, these guys helped me get storage at short notice and the process was very straightforward. Excellent and secure indoor facilities with very convenient access method by access panel, goods lift , well lit and to top it all, friendly and professional customer service.

Really good place and staff very helpful. Word of note though, the biggest locker is no way big enough for a 3/4 bed house. We had no sofas, beds or wardrobes so managed everything else in at a push.

I felt at ease from the minute I booked my storage to the minute I ended it once I’d moved house. I’d especially like to thank Liam for helping me with leaving when I was very stressed about paying for the 2 days I ran over my contract haha, he was brilliant and very calm and sorted it all out within minutes and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Used Ready Steady Store for home storage whilst I waited for my purchase to go through. It was very easy to use. Access was never an issue given the small amount of space outside of the loading doors. Made great use of the trolleys provided which were a massive help. Staff there were always really helpful too. Overall great experience!

Marvellous kind friendly staff, excellent customer service both over the phone and in the Lincoln store. Were recommended to me, and I can recommend also. Large, clean dry storage unit. Price on special offer is good. You have to bring your own padlock.
