Great customer service.
Had a problem with the unit lock slider not working 😕 rang customer service to address the problem on a Sunday afternoon, i was adviced a caretaker would be with me in approx 20-25mins.
Within 15 was contacted by caretaker Chris,he assessed the situation gain access to the unit fixed the problem 😀 very polite and professional man.
Service had been good just a shame about problem. But solved quickly.

Revived access to my unit on Monday and I initially struggled to open it. I called the customer service team and they were able to arrange for Chris to come and meet me on the Wednesday. Chris was super helpful and got it sorted straight away, as was Amy from the customer service team. Really great experience so far.

Terrible place. Terrible customer service. My weekly payment was increased from £14 to £90 a week due to hidden costs. There is also no one on site to help you and there was no padlock despite requesting one. Avoid this place.
