This a great storage facility in an easily accessible location. The space was perfect for storing my parents belonging between house purchases. It was great having 24hr access as they could pop additional purchases in when they wanted. The staff at the Eastleigh branch were also so friendly and helpful. We cannot fault their service. Both Jamie, Lesley have been absolutely amazing! We had a nightmare with another unit and they completely saved the day. Even offering me a unit on the same day. I wouldn't store my things anywhere else now!

We hired a 100 cuft unit for 3 months to store personal effects and furniture. Easy to set up on line and the staff were very helpful with advice and during the first loading. Excellent rental rate with great discount. Have been back for a few visits to organise effects and add some. Access to the unit has been very efficient, even at busy times and after hours. Trolleys and lifts available to move stuff in and out of the facility. So far very good.

It works for us! We are having an extension built and are storing our house contents at RSS. The units are clean, dry and served by good lifts and heavy duty trolleys. The staff are friendly and helpful when deciding how much storage you will need. There are several layers of security and we're confident our stuff is safe. I've been a member for about a month and it has never been too busy. RSS frequently has offers for new users.
