So I've ordered Raymond forge for the first time, I think in early September or late August, and I had a Damascus knife that I actually use and wear on my belt, a lot great products and great customer service. But what amazes me is that knife was sharp. And it was able to be shipped from England to the US just fine. How many weeks ago and I ordered a mystery Viking box and all of a sudden? Almost an entire month went by and then I get an email saying, show off what you got before? You even got a packand come to find out that you're shipper, can't Ship sharp objects to America. Because of the geopolitical climate, which is odd because I've ordered sharp tools and everything like that from timu, which comes from China. And trust me, those tools break almost after I use them and there's no issues with them and I love to shop with you guys is you have great products. But what the hell? Obviously you were sending sharp objects. Probably a sword knife or ax, which I was actually looking for and I was going to go dressed as a Viking this halloweenso, you only got 2 stars because of that, and it would've been one star, but your knife that I previously got is an amazing piece of work. So that's why I went from one star to 2 stars.

Back jn August, I preordered and paid for a Klingon Bat'leth pizza cutter for my sister's Christmas present and have been anxiously awaiting its arrival since it shipped on Oct 6. For 2 weeks the shipping tracker just said it was on the way. On the 20th I finally contacted the company for a status update. I had received no communication other than offers for other products. They did get back to me, but it was to tell me that, because of the "current geopolitical climate", my purchase was not going to be shipped to the US after all. I responded to express my displeasure and received no further communication except a refund. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I found a unique gift, had to preorder and wait for months only to get nothing and now I probably won't be able to get something similar in time for Christmas. I can't be the only US customer to be blindsided like this and it's just bad business. If you're not going to ship to the US, you need to warn buyers so they save their time and money. I will obviously never recommend this company and caution any US buyer to avoid doing business with them. You won't get what you order because Trump is a jerk.

Only recently Started to buy items from Raven Forge but so far I have loved everything I have bought. Everything is made to High Quality and Fantastic details. Going to be ordering a few more things from them, maybe even some christmas presents lol

Firstly the products are great and exactly what you’d expect!
More importantly, amazing service! Ordered for my partners 30th and had some issues with the delivery so emailed customer service and James got in touch straight away and sorted everything, followed up with a call and let me know he’d re arrange the package to make it easier and switched couriers - I had no idea what to do and James was so helpful and made it so easy for me! will definitely be ordering again and telling everyone! Thanks again guys! ♥️

Have long wanted to pop in and see Raven Forge for myself and finally made it last Friday. Had a great time visiting with James and the team seeing their wares and chatting about all things viking and star wars (other historical eras and space series also catered for!) Bought some of their delicious mead and hope to be back for another visit in the future. Keep doing what you do guys!
