Have been a customer for over forty years and extremely disappointed with the change of ownership recently. Raja bros ALWAYS had plenty of stock for pretty much everything you'd ever need. Now I find myself shopping elsewhere on the way home from work simply because I know half the items I need won't be on the shelves. I wish the new owners all the best but my loyalty to my local corner shop has definitely gone.

Everything you could possibly need from a local shop! If you're stuck for something, chances are they will have it here. They also act as a drop-off and pick-up point for parcels. There's even a chap who fixes mobiles phones and other tech! Convenient, friendly and open 8am - 10pm every day of the week.

I'm from elsewhere and was visiting a friend in Mossley. I happened to have my laptop with me and she suggested I try to get an issue sorted while there because they were helpful with a previous phone repair.

The gentleman had a look at my laptop, told me to come back in half an hour. I went for a coffee, came back, and my laptop was fixed. I was charged a tenner, which is about a fifth of what I might have been willing to pay for the same job.

I tend not to do reviews, but the service was such that I was compelled to write one in this instance. Good stuff.

Has everything you need even a phone shop, staff are really nice. However many items are not priced so is a lucky dip when you get to the till and also the items are extremely expensive. Also not to mention there have not been 1 but 2 occasions where I have walked out with mouldy bread, they have no problem exchanging it though but best double checking before you leave.
