Myself and my partner recently found ourselves in a difficult situation, our current landlord decided to sell her property and we were given two months notice to leave. We have three young children, so this was incredibly stressful us. From the moment we got in touch with RailtonMeeks, we were put at ease and made to feel like they genuinely wanted to help. We dealt primarily with Jorge, who has been amazing through every step of the process. From his initial conversation with my partner, to when we met him a tour of the property, he made us feel very comfortable with RailtonMeeks as an agent. We had a few hiccups with the reference checks as I bank primarily in another country, however Jorge was very active in sorting any issue and finding alternative ways to make this happen us. His customer service is truly excellent, and I know that any issues we may have over our time at the property will be resolved quickly. We have also interacted briefly with Sylwia, who has also been excellent with her customer service. We are now in our home with three very happy and excited children, thanks to Jorge and RailtonMeeks 😊

I've been with Railton Meeks for several years and always had a good experience and no issues. They've handled all aspects of managing my flat as I'd expect. I get my rent on time, the flat is taken care of and when tennents leave they find new ones very quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I’ve been with Railton-Meeks for nearly a year now and they’ve been trouble-free and professional. I’ve had a few issues that they have fixed quickly and their communication with me has been good, they always let me have warning when maintenance is scheduled. The flat itself was very clean and tidy for me to move in with good quality furniture. The common areas and garden are well maintained. Would recommend

We had no real issues all year with Railton-Meeks (apart from trying to get a new toaster!) during our tenancy. They handled all of our issues with faulty appliances in a timely manner. Also very impressed with how quickly our deposits were processed back to us - within 48 hours of leaving the house! Thank you!

My flat was let quickly with the tenants taking good care of the space. Railton Meeks work well to resolve any and all issues the tenants have, keeping me informed and in the loop. They keep in good contact with both me and the tenant. Excellent value for money too!
