Ordered an imaging item that wasn't quite what I was expecting it to be. After a bit of back and forth we found a range of suitable solutions that meant I was content with the outcome. I appreciate that mistakes do happen from time to time and that organisations either accept it's their job to put it right and own up, or simply ignore it. In this case Toby dealt with the issue and was polite and apologetic. I will happily use them again - hopefully the next purchase is a little more straight forward!

Gregor and Toby are great to deal with, very knowledgeable and make the whole experience very straight forward. They have a great stock and aren't trying to push you to spend more money than you planned, it's easy enough to do that yourself.

Interesting shop with great variety. Lots of household goods to buy as well as a paint department. There is also a section that sells guns and accessories related to gamekeeping. You can also rent an upholstery cleaner for as long as you require. A touch on the expensive side though.
