Fantastic family pharmacy! Staff have always been so helpful and go above and beyond to help you when you need them the most. So Grateful that Hiten and staff sorted my sons prescription so quickly and we didn’t run out! On his day off too! Thanks so much!

I NEVER have a problem with this pharmacy. They are so helpful, friendly and professional. I have used these guys for a long time now, and don't feel they get the recognition they deserve. My prescription is forwarded electronically and everything is on time, even during lockdown, nothing is impossible. I cannot thank ALL staff members enough for their endeavours on my behalf. I just wish I could allocate more than 5 stars.

Always a personal service. I’ve used this pharmacy a few times for myself and the pharmacy team are very caring and explain things in a simple way so that you can understand.

Unfortunately I cannot award zero stars for this business as this is not allowed.
I wonder if there will be a response to this review. Probably not.
I cannot agree with other glowing reviews.
This business is profiteering by charging 2 pounds sterling for delivering prescriptions to an isolated elderly pensioners= living within 1 mile of their premises. A practise totally disgusting but particularly so in the present pandemic circumstances.
I would advise everyone to avoid this business as much as possible.
Mr Lad you are the lowest of the low.

Excellent pharmacy. Was given great care from the prescriber at this pharmacy after being unable to speak or see a GP and 111 not answering my call. I can highly recommend the service and the team at Lads. Just wish it was my local pharmacy and closer to my home.

I also cannot award zero either for this pharmacy too or I would! My husband attended at lunch for a prescription for my 84 year old father who had a serious fall 2 weeks ago and is still in alot of pain so the doctor kindly prescribed codeine but when my husband went he was told it wasn't there and was told it had been sent to Pharmacy2u which my dad usually uses as he has no form of transport! I have been chasing this prescription all afternoon and when I rang the doctors again I was told it definitely was at Lads Chemist and was given an EPS number so they cld find it more easily but when I spoke to Mr Lad at 5.45 he said he cldnt do it because he had too much to do and people waiting! I explained my dad was desparate for the pain relief but he commented that my dad didnt use him anyway but I do and my husband on a regular monthly basis but not anymore! What a rude, incompassionate man he is and hope that people will bear this in mind if theyre considering going.
Also their filing system leaves alot to be desired - everytime we go it takes them at least 10 minutes to find our prescriptions so I will be going to a more efficient chemist and friendlier chemist from now on!
