Terrible place if you work and have a parcel taken there. Website says open tol 7pm which is great for those who work but when you get there the sign on the door says 5.30 . Beg to get out of work early to get there before 5.30, arrive at 5.20 only to be told its closed as post women closed early! Ridiculous

Nice friendly staff and a fairly typical local store with a small Post Office inside. Got good efficient safety controls in place for Covid, only 3 people in at one time and must be wearing a mask which I appreciate despite it making the queuing a bit longer. Other than that they're fast, friendly and has the usual selection of things a small newsagents has. The Post Office can help in most ways that you'd require of a Post Office but if you want things like Passports forms or to get a prepaid label printed for a package then you'll need a bigger P.O.

Always very helpful, very knowledgeable about everything. As with all post offices you might have to queue. Overall a very good service to everyone who lives at Bentley.

IT WASN'T OPEN! FRI 10TH DEC 21 at 18.30 despite being advertised as open. No notice about why they are closed. I wanted to use the postoffice which was supposed to be open until 19.00. Not good
