I came here for a 10am Sunday delivery, with a trailer load of frozen product. After I checked in, I gave them my phone number. And they told me to wait for a call to back into a door.

The business next door is closed on the weekend, so I just pulled over to their side and waited for my call.

1120 I got a call to back into door number four. So I broke the seal, opened the doors and backed in.

1200 I got another call to back in to door number ten. By now, my reefer temperature has gone from −10 to 31°. I asked the guy on the phone, "So you want me to move from door number 4 to door number 10?" He said yes. And so I had to wait about 5 minutes for the guy who was already indoor number 10 to leave.

Just as I'm getting ready to pull out, the red light comes on at door number four. I hit the brakes.
Then I go to the back of my trailer, and they've put the dock plate out.

It took me about five minutes to get someone's attention. I told them that I was instructed to move the door number ten. They told me to go ahead and stay here at door number four and they will unload me.

1215 unloading begins.
1250 unloading complete.
1325 Paperwork in hand and leaving.

It's somewhat tight but not really. They get you in and out once you get a door. I probably was there 1 hour 30 min. I've been here 3 different times and they're always pretty good. It's not any overnight parking there BUT it's a lot of warehouses on the streets in the vicinity of this one so finding somewhere to park along the streets should be hard

Decent. Not great, not bad. For some reason, they park their box trucks across from the doors. If you have to wait, they will send you to the end of the lot. You will have to back from the end of the parking lot to your door. Or go out to the street and come back to the entrance. Unloading is average. Not fast, not slow.

Not place to park if your early and other trucks in front of you. Pallet company moved out so thier is room to park further down the buidling but whoa knows how long that well last. Unloading is usually fast but they only use one door. The other doors are used up with their trucks.
Ive park3d on the street overnight a few times nice and quite.

Got here early and got me in dock a hour early. If they ask you to park in the street pull out to the right so you can go around the block and back into their location. If not you will have to maybe make a u turn down the road.
Just a word of advice.
Nice people and good room to maneuver quick unload. Way to go guys!

Not the worst place but definitely not the best. Takes a while to get unloaded and they have no parking for our side drivers. They use there trucks to block space that could be used for us. We are here delivering for u. Diving through 4 states to get here and they act like they don’t want u here geez.

Parking is a headache at this place, I can tell people here isn't really happy but they do the job,fair time to unload

Nice staff. They have overnight parking on side of the curve. As soon u enter their bldg 20 west exit 470 lancaster Ave turn left pass pilot on ur right pass lineage bldg on left next entrance for QCD make left. Go around bldg Chek in by door 5.
